This is not actually coping, but a track containing your pool's liner, on top of which is installed a more conventional coping stone. Cantilever coping allows you to install a vinyl liner in your inground pool. The pool is 30 yrs old but has a new liner.
It's goal was to pour the pool deck in one slab that would project out over the edge of the pool.
