Not that i really care what others think about my home, but i just wanted to see what others on here say. Lane widths are commonly narrower on low volume roads and wider on higher volume roads. I haven't seen many of those but they look wrong. To meet ada requirements, 4 feet is the absolute minimum width of the pedestrian clear zone.
